I have always loved walking, it is never a chore. My dad said that when I was little, a lady came up to him and said "You are walking the legs off that child"... walking makes me smile.
I look at the world and investigate nature, close-ups. I love looking at small things, natures delicacies. It is important to study things, make connections, to encourage a child-like sense of wonder. Sometimes I wish I could package this.
I have decided to photograph nature through a view-finder to create glimpse. I am keen to engage the viewer, the walker, and to encourage a desire to be curious and become curiouser... we should all look at our world through a looking glass. We are Alice.
